TWQ (The Weekend Question) asks this week about forms of relaxation. Different people all have their own methods.
Besides going on the computer, how do you like to relax? Is there anything unusual? List as many as you wish.
My answers are:
I have a large DVD collection, plus a complete set of Stargate SG1 and Star Trek: Voyager and all the Lost episodes on DVD (so far). Putting on one of my many films or an episode from one of those listed is a super way to wind down, be it with Frodo in Middle Earth, Don Corleone, The Terminator movies, singing in Hairspray or Mamma Mia! or wallowing in The Hours or Same Time Next Year.. So many places to go!
Now it's over to you.

i'm hooked on the decorating shows, sometimes there is a marathon on tv and i'll watch for hours. i love taking my dog for long walks, nothing like an hour of walking to really free your mind.
Reading music and the telly :)
Knitting of course, and I love audio books as I can't read and knit at the same time.
Agatha Christie, Harry Potter, Lord Peter Wimsey mysteries, and at the moment CS Lewis Narnian books.
I also love mysteries on the TV, and documentaries about history.

Time off the computer? What on earth is that?!?
Actually, when I have the time I have gotten to where I really like to go out with my camera and start snapping pictures to see if I can get anything good. I especially like to head to some of the local historic places but if there aren't any available, I can usually find something!
Ballroom dancing is number one. Reading is a close second, with watching DVD movies and TV shows in third place.
Good question. I work on Saturaday, and Sunday is the day I catch up on everything I put aside all week. But if I do get a spare few moments, I like to read and do crosswords. NetChick sent me.

Playing the clarinet and going to the gym. I wish I had more free time for walking too.
You have such a good variety of pursuits!
Anything outdoors!!
For my part every person should read it.
