TWQ: New Greetings Cards

TWQ (The Weekend Question) this week looks at greetings cards, and the increasing variety available.

Can you think of some new greetings cards that ought to be printed for today's world?

My answers are:

1: "We'll miss you"....from all the boys in prison.

2: "Commiserations on being sacked."....from your ex-boss.

Now it's over to you....

But before I do....

Don't forget the Enterprise Christmas Party Invitation has been sent out!!

Look directly below (Thursday 16th November) for all the details of what to do and how to send your entry.

Good answers to the meme - I agree, why can't the glass be full?

Modern day greetings cards huh? How about 'Now we are seperated - Please come and get your things and leave the key' and 'To celebrate our pre-nup'?

Hi Capt. Picard! Great meme! I love reading these. I also love the show 24 and have watched it faithfully since the 2nd season. Last night hubby and I started watching the first season - very interesting!

Oh, and I have no idea for new greeting cards. I think we already have too many.

Michele sent me this morning. Have a great day!

Ok. Greeting Card.

"We'll miss you in Blogland."
(for all the people who give up and quit everyday)
or
"Happy Breast Augmentation Day!"
or
"Hello from Michele's!"

Well, this week, I could have done with a "Happy Server Migration Day!"

But I'm afraid most people wouldn't understand. One of my servers migrated south for the Winter....well, permanently actually. And because it went so well, I had a mini-party when I showed up that morning and nothing was broken. :D

d'oh I can't think of a clever greeting card.

How about a greeting card to a friend with insomnia . . . "Thinking of Ewe"

I'm quite envious of your trip to Egypt!

A Ford Anglia, just like in Harry Potter.

Thanks everybody; remember, you can put entries for my party even though you're not on my bloglist. I've already had 3 entries from people who aren't on the list.

Good answers. I too, don't like the smell of hospitals. If it is inevitable, I'd rather not go to a hospital.
Sure, we'll be sending something for the Christmas Party.

A thank you card for the use of your spouse/significant other...

Ew!

Even Michele would concur with that one. Sorry for the iffy comment!

Here from Michele.
Love the answer to "what do you think when you first wake up". My brother and you are alike. He travels so much with his work, he often doesn't remember what city or country he is in. I usually know where I am, just not the day it is.

I have a Lady of Shalot picture on my mantle.

Anyhow, my greeting cards:

May the three ghosts of Christmas past, present and future find you well.

To ex bosses and present bosses.

That's all I got.
