TWQ: What Did You Do At Christmas?

As we settle back after Christmas, TWQ (The Weekend Question) asks what you did...if you can remember!

How did you spend your Christmas Day this year? What did you do and who did you see?

My answers are:

After opening the pressies, my father and I visited the crematorium with some flowers, went to my best friend Kay and her mother for Christmas lunch. In the evening, the two of us settled back to watch my new DVD, the Alan Alda film Same Time Next Year.

Now it's over to you...

Hi Jean-Luc :-)

Sounds like you and you father had a restful Christmas - just right :-)

MB and I had our usual quiet Christmas with the TV offerings. Now MB is off to his parents and I am looking forward to a few days on my own - apart from the Crazie Christmas Party, of course! :-)

Ah, "Same Time Next Year", I really like that film. Sounds like you had a lovely holiday.

I spent a good part of mine working (no surprise there I guess) and then Jamie and I went to my Aunt Nancy's house for the annual Christmas Night family get-together. I saw a couple of my uncles, a few aunts, my cousins, and two of my brothers along with my own son and his wife and my adorable grandson. It was a very nice evening and I enjoy going every year.

No, 'Same Time Next Year' isn't a Neil Simon movie. It's a fab one, though.

I have foreign guests in town.... several groups from Indonesia, the Philippines and China. So my family of three were split to take care of each country. :)

The usual eating, sight-seeing and shopping.

I didn't get to spend Christmas with my family.

Had a nice quiet day with three of our four kids home for the holiday. Seemed a little strange that one is now married and spending it with his new in-laws. We actually had a white Christmas for the first time ever on the Oregon coast. Snowed all the day down to the beach. Lovely.
