TWQ: Halloween Outfit

It is Halloween weekend and you've been invited to a party! TWQ (the Weekend Question) asks what costume you'll be selecting.

What Halloween outfit would you wear for a party. Choose anything you wish.

My answer is:

If money were no object, I'd choose a French aristrocratic outfit, together with a false head to carry as if I had been had been guillotined!

Now it's over to you......

I've always wanted an 18th century great coat with silk lace shirt and coulottes, silk hose and shoes with a buckle. My favorite movie is 1776. Edmund Rutlege's outfit would do nicely.

If I had the bosom, I'd love to be a buxomy pirate wench or gypsy but alas, I may as well just be a pumpkin like Miss Bee!

That's hillarious! I never thought of a severed head as the finishing touch for a 17th century aristocrat. I have a closet full of costumes but if money were no issue, I'd be a mermaid carrying a conch shell and seaweed.

I've dressed up as Elvis before. But this year I considered attempting to dress as the husband of Mariska Hargitay (yes, unfortunately she's married). It was just a fleeting thought!

Good idea. Michael. Mariska is super!
