What annoyances have you come up against where you work, or used to work? List as many as you wish.
My answers are:
* Reorganisations seem to happen every so often. We are always told it will improve everything from how it is...but previously the old way was trumpeted as being the big improvement.
* Political correctness bogs down all features, with the token ethnic minorities put in all adverts.
* Common sense is superseded by orders from above. Even though a better solution can be seen, we have to use the regulatory way.
* Staff are allowed to come in dirty and scruffy because 'it makes them feel comfier and sell easily'.
Now it's over to you....

Totally useless, meaningless and mandatory meetings that do nothing more than waste the most expensive commodity on the planet: Time.
My computer is my main annoyance. The monitor is dying and my boss is too...erm stingy to buy me a new one. We won't even discuss how long it takes for the dang thing to come on in the morning.
I get annoyed when the little dog behind me is left out during the day and he bams and barks all day on the screen door that pops and knocks.
thanks for asking
Drama between co-workers.
Supervisors who never back you up and always side with the hospital or other facility that calls to complain about something.
Co-workers who never ever shut up about themselves and/or their kids!
The darned uncomfortable chairs I have to sit in for 16 hours at a stretch!
The fact that 911 always rings at the best part of the TV show we're watching and then I miss it!
Lawn mowers, thunderstorms and barking dogs when I'm trying to record!
Office politics
Long, useless meetings
co-workers who gossip, not co-operative when it comes to work, bully ....etc
Many of the above sound like it's at my office!
People entering the office while talking on their cell phones! (Idiots with no manners whatsoever).
Gossip.
Arguments.
Useless meetings, indeed!
