TWQ: Modern Technological Difficulties

This week, TWQ (thje Weekend Question) asks about technological problems we come up against.

Which technological difficulties do you have trouble with nowadays? List as many as you wish.

My answers are:

* Talking to the bank or a financial company.  The series of questions over the phone are nothing short of interrogations. Woe betide if you don't have the information or get it wrong.

* Using the automatic check out at a supermarket. I never do this, but setlle for the more reliable checkout woman.

Now it's over to you...

Technological difficulties? Oy ...

Our XBox 360 choose this month to finally do that whole "red ring of death" thing and work no more and then my Keurig coffee brewer also bit the dust and while we're at it, my laptop seems to want to give me issues lately too. Yeesh!

Linda the RROD is fixable ;).. Although the Keurig maybe also fixable - Lappy unless it's really old, probably hard drive or battery issue might even just be needing the fans cleaned.

I really hate texting. The small keys really make it hard to spell out words and it's so much faster to just make a call.

Tiring of automated answering systems that guide you through every possible galaxy in the universe when "0" for Operator will do!

I do not text.

Also, Captain: I agree with your choice of the check out person over an automated check out, which often gets stuck. I prefer the human touch! :)
