With the new inventions on the market, which would you not consider buying and why? List as many as you wish.
My answers are:
* 3D television (just a passing gimmick)
* e-book (I like the feel of a real book, rather than reading a screen)
* iPad (with a computer and a cell phone, I don't need one.
Now it's over to you...

could not disagree more about the iPad capt! it's the invention of our lifetime.
i would not buy a snuggie (just a robe worn backwards) or a convection oven because i don't want to relearn how to cook.

Yeah I have to agree with Empress on the IPad, they have their uses for sure..
3D Tv yeah gimmick.
e readers yeah they are useful if you have manuals that you may need all the time and a good on a plane ;)
I wouldn't buy a tablet of any brand, it's too small... plus, being somewhat of a computer geek, I want something I can tweak, so it wouldn't be anything by Apple. 3D also does not interest me in the least.
I would most definitely never buy any sort of eBook. Like yourself I much prefer the feel of a real book with real pages to turn, I spend enough time already looking at electronic screens! Besides, my cousin the librarian would boot me out of the family!
I agree with the 3D television, but strongly disagree about the iPad. While I prefer a real book, I use the iPad as an e-reader for commuting ... it's much lighter and easier to handle on the bus and train. It doesn't replace the cell phone or the PC, but it's a nice thing in its own right.
I totally agree with the 3D television, but I have an Ipad and loooove it !! I use it as an e-reader at times (when I couldn't be bothered carrying a book), but admit that I do prefer the feel of a real book.
nice gadget. .i like that. .visit terrabyt online. . .
Blackberry: It looks great, but if I'm already burdened with email, why would I want to tether myself to texting when I'd rather meet friends for conversation?
E-reader: For God Sake. Bookstores are going out of business! I'd rather be in that social environment with a real book in my hands than holding a modified Etch-A-Sketch.
3D TV: Nah.
