As ir's Christmas in a few days, TWQ (The Weekend Question) looks to see what we'll be looking forward to.

Over the Christmas holidays, what will YOU be looking forward to doing? List as many as you wish.

My answers are:

* Getting home on Christmas Eve from the office and closing the door.

* Cristmas morning....of course!

* Telephoning certain friends and thanking them for their pressies.

Now it's over to you...

10 comments:

  1. * Extra time with my kids, friends and grandmas.

  4. Seeing my relatives on Christmas Eve and witnessing their excitement at opening our gifts to them.

    Spending time with my kids and doing kiddy stuff like sledding, ice skating and going to animated movies.

    Feeling the excitement of Christmas evening, which builds to the fun of my birthday on Boxing Day.

    Watching my darling Grandson spend his first Christmas with us. He'll be 2 in January, so while he's no idea what's really going on and what it means, his little face on Christmas morning will be worth all the tea in China.

  6. Watching my son open all his presents. Its the first year we've had a tree with presents under it. Its also going to be the first year Santa visits us.

  7. I look forward to both Christmas dinners: at my family (insane, loud and funny), and my boyfriend's family (sane and relaxed). Helping out with dinner. My job this year are the appetizers (is this spelled correctly, I doubt it). The gifts are less important. They are fun, but I hardly remember the gifts when thinking back at Christmas's past, but always the stuff that happened!

  9. Captain: Yes, it twas I who removed the last post due to a spelling error. Let me try again:

    Truthfully, I haven't finalized any plans. I know that there's a possibility friends may have me over for a casual visit and I would be delighted to bring along a pie or some sort of dessert. :)
