TWQ: Three Course Meal

TWQ (The Weekend Question) this week asks about what you want to eat.

What would be your ideal three course meal?

My answers are:

Starter: Breaded mushrooms

Main Course: Roast chicken (or possibly lasagna)

    1. escargot swimming in butter to start

2.Lobster swimming in butter with fresh asparagus and
3.creme brulee for dessert - a double portion! with coffee and Grand Marnier

  11. That's a really tricky one as I have so many dishes I enjoy and it would depend on my mood at the time. I guess I don't have one ideal meal! Today though I would love antipast, followed by a really good lasagne with garlic bread and a green salad, finished with a really creamy ice-cream topped with fresh fruit and washed down with a nice crisp white wine.

Michele sent me to say hi!
